Nick L. Corn IV

Nick Corn is an associate at Battle Winslow, who currently supports the firm’s real estate and estate planning practices.

Nick was born and raised in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, and jumped at the opportunity to begin his legal career back in his hometown. He graduated from North Carolina State University in 2019, with a degree in Political Science. He also obtained a minor in History. While at State, Nick worked at 42nd Street Oyster Bar in Raleigh, where he claims to have become “the fastest oyster shucker” he has ever met.

Nick continued his education at the University of Richmond School of Law. While there, he was the President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and the Public Relations Editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology (JOLT). He was also the Vice President of the Real Estate Law Society and served on the Student Bar Association. During his summers, he worked as a summer law clerk at the North Carolina Court of Appeals in the chambers of the Honorable Jefferson Griffin and with the North Carolina Department of Justice. Nick’s favorite experience from law school was being nominated by his peers as a finalist to be the student commencement speaker at graduation.

When away from the office, you can find Nick spending time with family and friends, working out, enjoying the simple pleasure of mowing grass, and enduring the daily stresses of being a long-suffering Wolfpack fan.
