Louis Sparks - Family Law/Civil paralegal Wilson CityLouis was born and raised in Wayne County, North Carolina and graduated from Mount Olive College in 2006, with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a B.S. in Sociology. This is where he would meet his wife, Erin. He then went on to graduate with a Master’s in Criminology from Capella University in 2008 graduating with Alpha Phi Sigma Honors. Louis has held several positions over the years including management for different retail businesses, Wilson County Sheriff’s Office, and 911 Telecommunications.

Louis holds his Firefighter and EMT Certification, and obtained his paralegal certification from Wilson Community College in May 2020 with the Cleve Cox Scholarship, Dallas Herring Achievement Award, and Deans List with a 4.0 GPA.

Louis started in December 2020 as an intern at Lusby Law in Wilson, NC and then took an opportunity to move into a full-time paralegal position in March 2021, where he currently serves as the Family Law/Civil paralegal. When he is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with family, especially camping trips with his wife, two sons, mom and dad.
